Explore the Charcuterie Station, featuring Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadella Ham, and artisan salamis. Pair them with a selection from our Cheese Station, including Gorgonzola and a stunning 3kg Puglia Buffalo Mozzarella “Treccia”. Complement this with freshly baked breads from our Bread Station.

Our Salad Bar offers a range of lettuces and condiments, including heirloom tomatoes and sun-dried olives. At the Pasta Live Station, savour dishes like Wagyu Beef Bolognese and truffle-infused risotto creamed in a Parmesan wheel.

For mains, the Carving Station presents roasted OP Beef Ribs and Tuscan-style Iberico Pork Ribs, while the Hot Dishes selection includes favourites like Prego’s Signature Roasted Pork Belly and Naples-style Braised Octopus.

Finish with treats from our Dessert Station, from Ricotta Cannoli to Black Forest Honey Nitrogen Foam, each crafted for a sweet end to your Italian feast. Enjoy a true taste of Italy at Prego at Fairmont Singapore.
