About Chef Davide Bizzarri
Meet Chef Davide Bizzarri, our new culinary virtuoso steering the helm at Prego. With over 20 years of expertise and a passion for Pisan and Tuscan flavours, Chef Davide is set to redefine your dining experience.
Chef Davide's culinary journey includes notable roles at Senso Ristorante, La Nonna Ristorante, and Cova Pasticceria. He has also launched successful new culinary concepts, including the Italian Pizzeria ventures and the highly acclaimed "Curate Cucina Pisana", a restaurant paying homage to his Pisan heritage. Most recently in early 2023, Chef Davide took the helm at Michelin-starred Table 65.
Having curated culinary masterpieces at spots, he's here to add his signature touch to Prego's classic charm. Get ready for an authentic Italian feast that transcends boundaries!

Marrying sleek modern interiors with distinct Italian accents, Prego has a neutral palette of emerald green, white and natural wood furnishings contrasted with colourful mosaic tiles.
