Risotto al Nero, Oro e Caviale – Venetian-style squid ink risotto with baby squid and caviar, paired with Montresor Lugana DOC Santinato 2022.
Bigoli in Salsa – Traditional Venetian pasta with anchovy, slow-cooked onion and crispy crumble, matched with Masi Brolo Campofiorin Oro Rosso Del Veronese IGT 2021.
Guancialino di Maiale – Braised pork cheek with rosemary potatoes and pickled mustard, paired with Masi Costasera Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico 2020.
Il Tiramisu Veneziano – Classic Venetian tiramisu, finished with the sweetness of Masi Angelorum Recioto Della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2018.
