Eligibility
- The lucky draw is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older who booked and dined in the month of July 2024.
- Employees of Prego, their immediate family members, and anyone else connected with the organisation are not eligible to participate.
Entry Requirements
- Each booking for Prego is considered one entry
- Breakfast, No show, cancelled, no-purchase bookings will not be eligible
Draw Date and Winner Selection
- The draw will be held on 6 August 2024
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
- The decision of Prego is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes
- The prize(s) for the lucky draw can be found here
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Each prize comes with validity period and request for extension will not be entertained.
- Prego reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Notification of Winners
- Winners will be notified via contact details used in the winning entry within 05 working days of the draw.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 03 working days of notification, Prego reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
General Conditions
- Prego reserves the right to cancel or amend the lucky draw and these terms and conditions without notice.
- Any changes to the lucky draw will be notified on the official website https://www.prego.com.sg as soon as possible by Prego.
- Prego is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
Limitation of Liability
- Prego will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by any entrant in connection with the lucky draw or the use of any prize.

- Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Prego’s Privacy Policy.
Governing Law**
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Singapore law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
