This April, we invite you to indulge in a selection of handcrafted and authentic Italian dishes by Chef Mauro Sanna. Our menu for the evening includes Burrata served with Pinot Grigio, Ca' Stele Anselmi, Friuli-Venezia Giulia 2019, Angel Hair Maine Lobster with Greco di Tufo, Villa Matilde, Campania 2018 and more.
To elevate your dining experience, every course will be completed with a wine carefully selected by Prego and Angra’s wine connoisseur.
